SCRIPT BLOCKING

The text 'FADE IN' is an indication for the editor to know the transitions of what each clip changes into.

The director of photography (DOP) has to remember the setting of each scene so they can 'set up' the scene with props that are needed. In this case, the DOP had to go outside the front of the house to post through a letter that was needed for this scene.

This is the film directors point of view. The directors point of view is important as the directors job is to create artistic and dramatic aspects that fit in with the genre of this film.

The words 'concerned', 'stressed' and 'paranoid' are directions for the actress to follow to create the mood set by the director. It is the directors job to supervise the actress into carrying out these tasks.

'POV shot' is a direction for the cameraman to film a shot which is from their point of view (POV). This shot is effective as it creates a narrative in the film.
